ROK Global PLC, the mobile and web technologies, applications and services company, has announced its online eco-friendly products retail company, JP Selects, has secured distribution rights to Ultimate Face® cosmetics internationally, outside of North America.
Based on on the core values of Philanthropy, Education, and Fashion, Ultimate Face ® cosmetics, based in Austin Texas, was founded in 2002 by husband and wife team Gary and Laurie Spellman and has achieved considerable success in marketing its range of eco-friendly cosmetics in the US.
Jonathan Kendrick, Chairman and CEO of ROK said “As we add ever more eco-friendly and sustainable brands and products to JP Selects, we have realised that, for a select number of our partner brands, the opportunity exists for us to help develop their businesses internationally and, as a result, we are forming a new division of JP Selects to market, initially, Ultimate Face cosmetics across Europe.”
ROK Global, listed on the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, was co-founded by US Billionaire John Paul DeJoria, the co-founder of Paul Mitchell hair care systems and Patron Tequila and UK serial technology entrepreneur, Jonathan Kendrick.
